More than a thousand applications from the judges

We are very happy withe the huge interest in the Extraordinary Congress of the Polish Judges. We have received more than a thousandapplications from the judges.

Vast majority of the applications were initially placed on the reserve list, because we were not sure that we would be able to provide a place for more than 400 attendees. From the beginning it was a priority for us, and we were doing our best to make sure that, that all the people, who had sent applications would able to join the Congress. Therefore we were able to obtain additional rooms and proudly announce that all previously reported judges from the reserve list will be able to take part in the CongressOf course, it will be for us a huge organizational challenge. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that they can be attributed to this and ask for your understanding.

The Congress will be held in 4 rooms located on the fourth. Floor of the Palace of Culture and Science in WarsawThese halls are: Warsaw, Starzynski`s, Broniewski`s and Gagarin`sAt the moment, we can not yet identify where the rooms will be assigned you a place - right list will be available on the congress. However, we are assured that in each of the rooms the screens will be placed, for watching the session live.Regardless of where the hall will be allocated to the participant, everyone will be able to take the floor under the 'open tribune "in the main hall meeting. Each judge - the meeting participant will take part in the voting.

However, due to the fact that the organization of the Congress require certainty as to the number of participants please all the judges from the reserve list, which will receive identical in content of an email, with mandatory acknowledgment that will take part in the Congress on the terms specified above. No answers to 28 August. It will be considered resigned from participation.  Confirmation should be send atThis email address is being protected from spambots.
